This website is operated by Hale & Honest Press ("we", "us"). It showcases books in the Life's a Mess Universe and links to retailers such as Amazon where those books can be purchased. This policy explains what limited information we collect and how it is used.

• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our reader newsletter or request a free companion workbook.
• Basic analytics — anonymised page-visit and link-click data (including campaign tags on links we share on social media) to understand which content is useful.

We do not collect payment information on this site. All purchases are completed on the retailer's own platform (e.g. Amazon), under that retailer's privacy policy.

How we use it

• To send the newsletter or deliver a requested free download.
• To measure, in aggregate, which books and posts readers find interesting.
